Part of our beautiful The Cove collection, Avocet 2 makes a peaceful, coastal retreat for a family keen to enjoy Devon life in style. Avocet 2 is set in a prime location and boasts spectacular sea views from its position on the first level of the building. 

The full width balcony is accessible via patio doors from both the living room and the master bedroom and provides plenty of space to relax and to take in the breathtaking 180 degree coastal vista. 

The sun rises over the communal gardens and floods the living area with light, and the windows to the rear pick up the light later in the day, as the rays descend over the National Trust woodlands nearby. There’s a gate in the gardens that leads directly down to Fishcombe Cove beach, a popular spot sheltered from winds. 

As well as a contemporary décor and elegant design, the property includes use of the onsite facilities. Take the plunge into the swimming pool on a warm day, wander the landscaped grounds and take in the coastal views, the beach hut is on broadsands beach and has tea and coffee facilities inside. There are also deck chairs for all where you can just sit back and enjoy the mood lighting suplied by the sunset.
