Alvie Estate has traditional cottages with superb views of the Cairngorms situated amongst fields & woodland on a 13,000-acre Highland Estate. Only 4 miles south of Aviemore, Alvie can provide peace & quiet or an unsurpassed opportunity for recreation & entertainment. Accommodation can be combined with a variety of sporting & other activities.

The mixture of tranquility, clean air & outdoor pursuits is the perfect prescription to repair both body & mind from the stresses of modern day life. The area provides several golf courses, skiing, climbing, water sports & gliding. Alvie Estate has been the home of the Williamson family since 1927. Although traditionally a Highland sporting Estate, it also has extensive interests in farming and forestry.

• 1 & 4 Wester Delfour are the end houses in a row of 4 semi detached farm cottages overlooking farm fields & woodland. They are both fully equipped cottages sleeps 4 combining charm & comfort with superlative views across the Spey Valley.
• Dating from Victorian times, Park Cottage is one of the most popular cottages on the Estate. The cottage sleeps 6 with double, twin and bunk bedded rooms, living room and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a secluded, sheltered garden surrounded by fields.
• Easter Delfour Farmhouse is a picturesque Victorian farm cottage.  It has views over the fields and woodlands of Alvie to the glorious Cairngorm Mountains beyond. This cosy cottage sleeps 4 guests.
• Mid Delfour is the newest of our holiday cottages; the bungalow sleeps 6 guests in 1 double and 2 twin rooms.  It has views over the fields and woodlands of Alvie to the glorious Cairngorm Mountains beyond.  It’s great for keen walkers as you can walk straight out on to the Monadhliath hills from behind the cottage.
• North Wing is an attractively furnished two-storey wing of the main house, sleeping 8 in 2 twins, 1 double & 2 single rooms & 2 bathrooms & a separate WC on the first floor. On the ground floor is a large living room, dining room & kitchen with breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the House.
• With some of the best views on the Estate, and overlooking Loch Bourne, Top Flat sleeps 10 people comfortably in its 5 twin rooms. The Flat is tastefully decorated and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 bathrooms. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the House.
