Overlooking Towan Beach in Cornwall's surfing capital, this apartment has commanding views stretching out over the Atlantic Ocean whilst also benefiting from a great central location.The apartment is a spacious and light and has been tastefully designed to a high specification including solid oak floors, granite worktops in the kitchen, the latest sound equipment piped throughout, fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms adding that touch of luxury. 4 The Old Edwardian is a duplex apartment split over the 2nd and 3rd floors with lift access and parking for 1 car. Please note: Week long bookings only all year round, commencing on any day. ?(April to September, Saturday change only).
