The modern kitchen and utility room has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer as well as all of the utensils and appliances that you would require. The dining area has a dining table that is glass topped with six chairs. There are 2 bedrooms at 4 Ocean Point, the master bedroom has its own balcony with stunning views and has a large double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps. The second bedroom also has direct access to the balcony, fantastic sea views and has two single beds. Travelling west you can visit the village of Croyde, again with a fantastic surfing beach and a beautiful village in itself with a range of traditional attached North Devon cottages. Barnstaple is approximately 7 miles away and has great shopping including a famous indoor market. Ilfracombe is approximately 10 miles away, a fantastic harbour town with numerous cruises to explore the North Devon coast and fishing charters available.
