| Cottage Review:
This property is just not advertised and not to the standard that it should be to rent it to members of the public! It was not cleaned or maintained to the standard it should be. The owner who is impossible to contact does not seem to care and Sykes the holiday company/booking agent we let it through do not seem to want to take any responsibility! We are currently having to seek advice from legal channels so please do avoid go save yourself from the same fate! One of the toilets in the property is cracked and leaking urine and faeces, the back of the toilet is taped up with cellotape and the wooden board that has been used as a temporary fix underneath is saturated in urine, just disgusting and unusable! The owners response through Sykes - there are two other toilets in the property. Completely unacceptable! The bunk bed does not have a suitable safety divide contriving health and safety regulations. We have stayed in better quality accommodation in a similar location for the same and often less money! Please do your research and take heed of any reviews before you book this property! |
