3 Combehaven is a three bedroom holiday apartment in Salcombe, Devon, sleeping up to six guests. The apartment is arranged across the ground floor, with a double bedroom with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms has standard single beds, while the other has smaller 2 foot 6 inch beds, which may be better for children. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, giving guests useful flexibility during their stay.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area gives guests a sociable place to cook, eat and relax together. Practical features include WiFi, TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, bed linen, towels, gas central heating and an entry telephone system. 3 Combehaven does not accept pets and smoking is not permitted. Barbecues are not allowed at the apartments, and the walk back from Salcombe town involves a hill, which may be worth considering for guests with mobility concerns.
