Description of the holiday cottage
in Kingston, the middle one of three traditional, terraced, mid 19th cent., south-facing cottages, 200 yards from the pub and 100 yards from the playing field. Small, enclosed, paved front garden (table/chairs, barbecue) which, in true 18th cent. fashion, has right of access for the third cottage. Inside, smart and young with modern fabrics, comfy sofas and easy style. Porch for boots, coats, buckets and spades; door to width-of-cottage open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer), with open fire, flagstone floor/rug, books, videos, toys, games. Steepish stairs up to 5'9" lintels and two bedrooms a double (5 bed), and a single room. Bathroom (suite plus bath-shower) with tiled floor. Open tread stairs (no handrail, stairgate available) from single room to light and airy attic room with twin beds and Velux windows. No smoking. Arrival after 4pm. A smart and welcoming child-friendly cottage at any time of year.Sleeps: from 0 to 5
