Superbly located and finished to a very high standard, this apartment features fantastic sea views from the living room and patio area. The apartment is perfectly located for Fistral Beach, which is only a 2 minute walk away. With a large living room and well appointed kitchen, 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms, en-suite to the master bedroom and patio with wonderful sea views, this apartment is perfect for a seaside getaway. Three steps gain access to the communal hallway and an entry phone system is provided. There is one allocated parking place. There is also a fenced communal grassed area to the front of the development.
