16 Combehaven is a stunning penthouse apartment occupying the third and fourth floors. Located in the gorgeous town of Salcombe, the lower floor of the apartment is also accessible at street level. Surrounded by some of the South Hams' most popular locations, 16 Combehaven offers a prime location for any one keen to explore the area.
Internally, the property offers spacious living with the open plan living/kitchen/dining area creating a light and welcoming space. The whole apartment is well equipped and wheelchair accessible. All three bedrooms are attractive and roomy with the master bedroom suite occupying the whole upper floor and benefiting from lovely views of Salcombe Estuary. Externally, the property comprises a furnished balcony with extensive views of Salcombe Estuary and the surrounding countryside. The property also offers secure covered parking for two cars.
The South Hams, in particular Salcombe, is a highly desirable area and is considered an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Catch the ferry across to the beaches of East Portlemouth or alternatively North and South Sands are a fifteen minute walk away.
Salcombe offers many water-based activities including sailing, scuba diving, canoeing and kayaking. On-land activities include horse riding, golf, walking the coastal path and exploring the surrounding picturesque villages. Salcombe Harbour provides a natural safe haven for nature with its crystal clear water, golden sand and tree-lined coves. Salcombe also has many local restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes.
