Description of the cottage holiday
10 Fonthill Apartments is a first floor apartment in a small exclusive development, situated in a quiet area of Torquay but close to the lively harbourside, amenities and attractions.
Internally, the apartment benefits from high specification furnishings and offers views across Torquay.
Externally, the apartment has access to a communal furnished balcony and is situated within well-maintained gardens. Torquay has a wide variety of attractions on offer such as day cruises around the bay, fishing trips, Living Coasts coastal zoo, Kents Cavern prehistoric caves, the Princess Theatre and of course plenty of shops to peruse. One of the nearest beaches is Torre Abbey Sands, a large expanse of golden sand that is family friendly and has the Blue Flag award. The distinct shopping precinct in St Marychurch is only a short drive away, as are the Bygones and Babbacombe Model Village attractions which provide family fun all year round. Take a stroll along Babbacombe Downs and soak up the dramatic coastal views, sweeping as far along as Lyme Bay or just sit back and soak up the peace and tranquillity that the Downs has to offer. Enjoy a unique ride on the Babbacombe Cliff Railway down to Oddicombe Beach and if you have the energy, attempt the steep return walk.
