| Cottage Review:
Our family, including dog, have just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful, quaint cottage. It was peaceful and had every amenity we needed. Kate the owner was so helpful and left some lovely treats for humans and our four legged friend. I loved waking up every morning and looking out of our bedroom window at the estuary with Powderham Folly in the distance. Thank you Kate, we have had a wonderful holiday and made many wonderful memories. |

| Cottage Review:
Amazing cottage right on the waters edge; very relaxing to wake up to the sound of the water. Really nicely furnished and lovely and clean with everything you could want. 3 minutes walk from two nice pubs, and same distance to the Exe trail along which you could get easily to Topsham, Exmouth and Exton. Really enjoyed our week there. |

| Cottage Review:
The cottage is lovely, and very clean and comfortable. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The owner provided thoughtful touches and made us (and our dog) very welcome. The views are to die for. We saw some lovely sunsets. Lympstone is a gorgeous, friendly village with good transport links - no need to drive if you don?t feel like it. Thoroughly recommend this cottage. |
