1 Apters Hill is a three bedroomed holiday cottage in Brixham in South Devon. 1 Apters Hill house sleeps six people and has a four star grading set in a beautiful location within the heart of Brixham. This is a pet friendly holiday cottage in Brixham that accepts dogs with free Wi-Fi is child and baby friendly and has parking available. Ideally located and just a short stroll from bricks hammer harbour with plenty of restaurants, pubs and places to eat, Brixham is one of the prettiest villages in the South hams area set by the coast. There are three bedrooms, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor, a family bathroom with a large corner bath and shower. There is a parking space for one car directly outside this Brixham holiday cottage.Sleeps: from 0 to 6

| Cottage Review:
Lovely property, however it does have a few faults. Parking space is very tight to enter. Not suitable if you have mobility problems as its on a hill and the property has steep stairs to get upstairs. Needs a downstairs toilet as its a family home. Disappointed in the Bathroom. The Toilet seat and the Toilet pan move when it is sat on, not nice and needed repairing before we arrived, as the previous occupant had left a note reporting it. Caution is needed in the Bathroom, as the Vinyl flooring is treacherous when wet, (after taking a Shower or Bath). Attention to detail needs big improvement, considering how much the property costs to hire. Otherwise, it is very well equipped to make your holiday comfortable. |
