| Cottage Review:
The cottage is clean, cosy and comfortable, and we enjoyed coming back in the evenings after a hard day's sightseeing. There's so much to see in the area; we went to Chester for the day, visited Port Sunlight (which has my favourite gallery of all, the Lady Lever gallery with lots of 19th and 20th century art) and drove up the Wirral coast. A highlight was the RSPB's Visitors centre, just round the corner: great walks, even if you're not especially keen bird watchers! Spent a good week on this cottage in June enjoying the welsh and Cheshire countryside this farm sit in beautiful landscape on a working farm with working paths near the propery and RSPB Burton mere 5 minute drive away. The way its been set you feel that owners have supplied all that there would want for a hoilday cottage as its really well stocked up with all you could need and with the added bonus of been welcomed with a fresh loaf on bread and a bottle of wine |

| Cottage Review:
I grew up on the Wirral and we wanted somewhere to use as a base whilst visiting family. We chose Lavender Cottage for convenience and were delighted when it turned out to be such a lovely place to stay. It is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We had wondered whether its being on a working farm would mean it was noisy, but it was peaceful at all times of day. Being able to watch the lambs and the sheep dogs was an unexpected bonus.
