Yr Hen Ysgubor in Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog is a superbly presented three bedroom holiday cottage that is stone built and in a beautiful location by the Berwyn Mountains. With Oswestry and Llangollen around 10 miles away, this property is ideal for exploring the Snowdonia National Park and the whole of North Wales with a range of beautiful, pretty villages nearby as well as national trust properties for an educational day out. The village itself is popular with tourists and has two very good pubs that both have reputations for excellent food and are very hospitable. Yr Hen Ysgubor is a gorgeous stone built cottage set within the village and has been restored to an excellent standard, slight flag stones in the kitchen and superb wood burner in the living room make this perfect you to enjoy all year round. The cottages cosy, comfortable and yet offers plenty of space with a large living area, huge sofa that faces the wood burner set in the inglenook and exposed beams. Behind settee is the dining table that can seat five comfortably and there is a modern, cottage style kitchen with flagstone flooring, Belfast sink and superb Aga in the inglenook. All the appliances are modern including an electric oven and hob. There are three bedrooms at Yr Hen Ysgubor including a double bedroom that has its own ensuite shower room, a further double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a family bathroom that has a bath, wash hand basin and a WC. Additional rooms include a kitchen utility room and a ground floor cloakroom.
