Set in the delightfully peaceful wooded vale alongside the river in Hawkcombe, one of the finest and most popular villages in Exmoor National Park, Watermill is a beautifully restored stone-built semi-detached cottage. Converted around ten years ago to provide comfortable yet stylishly modern 2-level accommodation, the property nonetheless retains its period facade. It boasts a patio among ample private gardens that lead down to the nearby river, and is connected on one side to another cottage that features the original watermill at its far end.  

• 3 bedrooms (one king-sized double with antique brass bed and en-suite shower room, one twin, and one single)

• Family bathroom on ground floor with bath-shower, toilet, and hand basin

• Up to two dogs welcome (supplement of £20 per dog)

• Child-friendly accommodation, high chair provided

• Bed linen, towels, and welcome pack provided, plus logs and kindling
