Upper Mowley is a fantastic large farmhouse in Titley near Kington in West Herefordshire that has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people with availability for 1 well-behaved dog. Set in the rolling countryside of rural West Herefordshire, Upper Mowley is a large holiday property that benefits from an indoor tennis court with concrete surface, seven beautiful bedrooms, a fantastic large garden and modern styling throughout. The kitchen at Upper Mowley near Kington is newly refurbished with a modern design and opens out onto a decked area with table and chairs that enjoy fantastic views over the fields with Woods in the background and you can see for miles. There is a large double oven with electric hob, plenty of space for food storage and all of the utensils that you require, there are two dishwashers a fridge freezer and a second fridge as well as tumble dryer and washing machine. To the side of the kitchen at Upper Mowley, there is a walk-in pantry and utility room. There are two comfy rooms for you to relax in including a drawing room with wood-burning stove and a second sitting room, again this also has a wood burning stove. There is a cloakroom and utility room and seating is available 12 people at a huge long table with side dresser and open fire. The main lounge has a flatscreen television plus 2 large sofas and sofa seats with a modern wood burner, the second drawing-room is cosy and comfortable with two sofas and a wood burner along with tables. There is a stunning oak floored staircase hallway spectacular with a fantastic large window with countryside views. On the first floor at Upper Mowley, you will find 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all three of the double bedrooms have zip and link beds that can be converted into single beds on request and all three have ensuite bathrooms, with either bath's and separate showers or shower over the bath's. The fourth bedroom on the first floor is a twin bedroom with antique cane beds. The large family bathroom has a bath and separate shower unit with WC and wash hand basin. On the second floor at Upper Mowley, you will find a double bedroom with a zip and link bed and a large twin bedroom with 2 single beds and the twin beds have pull out beds that enable this room to sleep up to 4 guests.
