Upper Barn is a unique 17th century detached property offering high quality holiday accommodation in the beautiful surrounds of Burrow, near Wooton Courtenay, in the heart of Exmoor National Park. Originally used as a threshing barn for processing grain, the property was first converted into a living space in the 1970s before undergoing a comprehensive recent refurbishment to prepare it for letting. Due to the building’s history, the layout of Upper Barn sleeps up to 4 people in two ground floor bedrooms—each endowed with the privacy of dedicated bath/shower rooms and multiple access points, either directly from outside or via staircases from the first floor.

• 2 bedrooms (one ground floor king-sized double with wardrobe and dressing table, and one twin with built-in wardrobe and dressing table)

• One shower room with wash basin and WC, and one bathroom with shower over, wash basin, and WC

• Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

• Up to two dogs welcome (supplement of £10 per dog)

• Bed linen, towels, and welcome pack provided, plus logs and kindling

• Wifi, heating, and electricity included in cost

• Smart TV and DVD player provided

• Check-in from 3.30pm, check-out by 10am

• Please note that this property is not suitable for children under the age of 5, nor wheelchair users or those with restricted mobility
