| Cottage Review:
As Seasons Owners, we'd been here a dozen times over the last 20 years, but were disappointed at how standards had really declined since our last visit in 2016! Positives - Troutbecks are spacious and our beds we're comfortable. However, there were lots of little maintenance problems which were reported with Troutbeck 16 - not dealt with effectively really - although maintenance reacted quickly and did what they could, but mainly just drab, tired and not enough attention to cleaning, particularly in the ensuite bathroom! You don't expect ripped curtains, loose saucepan handles and peeling paint on the wobbly balcony rail when you visit a Seasons timeshare resort! Knowing that there is superior accommodation which it doesn't seem we're entitled to here, despite having invested £000's over 2 decades is frustrating and annoying to say the least. Great way to treat your members/investors Seasons!!! |
