Description of the self catering

Trinity Cottage is a spacious detached cottage in a private, elevated Somerset location in the heart of beautiful Exmoor National Park. Surrounded by lawned gardens with lovely views out over the valley, cricket field, and Roadwater village below, this recently (2018-19) refurbished cottage makes for a comfortably tranquil family holiday home that doubles as a great base for exploring Exmoor, the Quantocks, and the fantastic West Somerset coastal scenery. 

• 4 first floor bedrooms (one king-sized double ensuite with bath and shower, one super king-sized double bed which can be made up as twin beds on request, one king-sized double bed which can be made up as twin beds on request, and one further double)

• Spacious ground floor sitting room with wood-burning stove, Smart TV, and patio doors leading onto patio

• Light and airy ground floor kitchen newly fitted with all-new appliances including traditional Aga, fan-assisted electric oven and hob, large American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine, plus breakfast table

• Separate ground floor dining room with large dining table

• Two first floor family bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin, the other with shower over bath, toilet, and hand basin), and further ground floor cloakroom with toilet and hand basin

• Wi-fi, heating, and electricity included in cost

• Bed linen and towels provided. (Please bring own beach towels for day trips)

• Up to two dogs welcome (supplement of £15 per dog)

• Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am
