Description of the holiday cottage
Dating from the 17 century, The Old Farmhouse offers guests a very comfortable, stylish and quiet accommodation, suited to either couples, or family groups. Situated on a farm track off a shared drive and centrally located in the heart of the Lake District, you have plenty of walks nearby, fishing in the nearby tarn along with the village and its many pubs and little shops. Hawkshead is an easy ten minute stroll down the lane. A bustling village, with roots going back some four hundred years, its buildings echo the past.Sleeps: 6
