| Cottage Review:
Great location where we found a really nice walking trail that the owners provided, they provided multiple! Lovely fields and we were lucky to have nice weather. Really great to come back to an eco-friendly hot tub that doesn't take long to get hot, plastic cups provided for a nice evening drink. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, couldn't ask for any better honestly. Lovely owners as well made us feel comfortable and looked after. |

What a beautiful place to stay in a pretty peaceful location. The Green was very clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need for some time away. Lovely hosts too. Highly recommended. |

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at The Green , it?s a 5* beautifully decorated home away from home. Mary & Chris are great hosts and are there if you need them but leave you to it. We loved using the hot tub and it?s super quiet location was perfect. Lovely little touches with robes, slippers and a welcome hamper! Thank you for a wonderful weekend |

This is a home away from home! Well maintained and exceptionally clean. The property is extremely well equipped - the owners have thought of everything! Off road parking, well fenced safe garden. The log fuel hot tub is fantastic, so relaxing! Beautiful location, a quiet secluded spot not too far away from the local pub and town. Highly recommended! |

We were lucky enough to stay here with another couple for a pre Christmas weekend break before the mad rush of Christmas! We wanted to completely relax and unwind which is what we did - the beautiful wood burning hot tub definitely helped with that! The cottage is spotlessly clean, we had complimentary towels robes and slippers and a beautiful welcome hamper! Lovely place which we?ll no doubt return to. Beautifully done up to a very high standard. For anyone after accommodation local to Alton Towers then this is ideal. |

We have just come home from a really lovely week away during half term with 3 children aged 5, 9 & 11. We booked the cottage with a view to just relaxing and we did just that. The cottage is so comfortable that we honestly struggled to get out! Under floor heating, countryside views from every window, hot tub, large enclosed garden, black out blinds, recent DVDs, board games, a welcome pack on arrival (jams, crisps, bread, prosecco, chocolate) and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in are just a few of the luxuries.
