Description of the cottage holiday
Bottomhouse Barn sleeps 15 in Ipstones, with four bedrooms including two large family bedrooms with one double and three single beds and an ensuite bathroom in each. There are a further two bedrooms including a double bedroom and a bedroom with a an adults bunk bed and a single sofa bed. The property is large and spacious with a fantastic lounge with woodburner in an inglenook fireplace in an open plan setting. The kitchen is large, modern and airy with a range cooker and american style fridge freezer. There is a dining area to the side with a long table that seats up to 16 people and is a great space for socialising. This leads to the outside where you can enjoy stunning views over the Peak District in a peaceful and rural location, a great holiday home for families that want to share and enjoy this stunning location.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at Bottomhouse farm and barns for my 30th Birthday celebrations with friends. The location was less than an hour from Manchester therefore was a perfect location for myself and friends to get to. I booked this property along with the adjoining property (Curlew barn) on Sykes cottages website and found the booking process incredibly easy, 10% deposit was required for BOTH properties. I was also charged a £35 booking fee for each property despite it being 1 booking. A good housekeeping bond of £150 is required by cheq |

Bottomhouse barn has wonderful communal areas so great for friends or family getting together. Huge kitchen with long table and cosy living room with 3 sofas around the fire. Bedrooms and bathrooms also great - highly recommended! |
