| Cottage Review:
Had a three-night stay at The Garden Room @ Brookcliff House in The Wash, Chapel En Le Frith. A very cosy, welcoming holiday cottage. A great location to explore the Peak District - we had great walks on the Monsal Trail (short car journey), out to the Pennine Bridleway (from the door) and around Mam Tor on our day of departure. The accommodation is top class with every commodity we required. Excellent guest information including suggested pubs and restaurants and maps of the local walks. Extensive collection of DVDs, CDs and books. Very well-equipped kitchen area. Very comfortable bedroom and clean shower room with plenty of towels and a bath robe! We have been so impressed with The Garden Room @ Brookcliff House, that we intend to book again this year (as there is SO much to explore in the area around Chapel En Le Frith). Extremely highly recommended. |
