UNIQUE AND SPACIOUS COTTAGE OFFERS 4 BEDROOMS AND 3 BATHROOMS. A WONDERFUL AMBIENCE AND VERY EASY LIVING ON 2 LEVELS WITH LOUNGE SAUNA AND HOT TUB ON THE PATIO. ACCOMMODATING 8 GUESTS Garden - Large and private garden with hot tub patio accessed from lounge and kitchen. Ground level - Extensive lounge with Canadian maple flooring, open plan staircase to two master bedrooms. Feature stone fireplace, wood burning stove and patio door to garden, multi-channel LCD TV. French doors to cosy family room with Finnish sauna and multi-channel LCD TV. Farmhouse-style kitchen with garden door and adjacent dining room Family bathroom with over bath shower. Staircase to twin bedrooms. First floor level - Two beamed master bedrooms both with king size beds, (one with en suite shower room, the other with en suite bathroom/shower). One bedroom with balcony overlooking the pretty courtyard with inter-connecting door to twin bedroom. Both master bedrooms with multi-channel LCD TVs. Built in the 19th Century, The Mains of Taymouth, a 120 acre private estate, was originally the home farm for nearby Taymouth Castle. The Estate and Golf Course is flanked on one side by the Tay Forest Park which has spectacular walks, mountain bike and horse trails and on the other by the river and loch with superb fishing for brown trout and salmon and a wide variety of water sports.
Kenmore is the perfect destination to relax and enjoy the wide and varied experiences our area has to offer and is ideally located for touring the whole of Scotland.
