Squirrel Cottage was everything we hoped for from reading the listing, and so much more when we got to experience it on our stay;

Absolutely stunning location in beautiful Betws-y-Coed. All shops, pub and train station within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the cottage with stunning views in every direction. The cottage was so welcoming and cozy in the evenings with a lovely wood burner, a fantastic bathroom and well equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous garden leading up to the Yoga pod, which was an real bonus after a long day walking. Nicola could not have been more helpful and it was a lovely touch to find a bottle of fizz and some choccies waiting for us on our arrival. Everything we needed

This cottage is so comfortable and cosy, lovely to sit in front of the fire if snowing (!) or great location for exploring the wonderful village and surrounding national park. Amazing stay ...

Seven months after and holding back on leaving a bad review i decided to leave one anyway. This mainly due to the fact that Sykes holiday have done nothing in the way of rectifying the issue we had with the property and owner. Please be advised that if you wish to stay in this cottage you need to be aware of a few things. The bathroom roof leaks, Which was the owner stated was not the case but i can assure you does. The fireplace mantel is not secure {dangerous.} At one point we were unable to turn off the gas cooker due to a faulty knob. The shower leaks in
