| Cottage Review:
well located, clean and welcoming house, few minutes walk from main shops and peir, good free parking. owners attention to detail is superb, even for 10 of us we only needed a quick trip to local shops to get settled. there was a generous welcome pack + a surprise birthday cake for us. I had only mentioned it in passing while arranging keys but owner had left us a cake and a card - really impressed. no need to look elsewhere in the area, sleeps 16 but is very comfy and spacious for 12, will be showing this location to friends |

| Cottage Review:
We were a family of 16 with mom dad and children and grandchildren.We really enjoyed our stay here.We have been coming to llandudno for years but the kids hadnt so for them it was all new.Perfect location to walk to prom,shops and choice of beaches.The house was not one where we were had to stop the kids playing hide and seek in case something got broken.It was well equipped,loads of tv's and the rooms big and great storage.A great holiday and after a few days we had claimed 5 parking spaces in the road. |
