Splatt Barn is a spacious country cottage that has recently been renovated into a luxury rural getaway that features all-modern conveniences. Situated on the edge of the charming village of Porlock, the property enjoys uninterrupted views out across the marshes to Porlock Bay and is a short walk away from the village’s terrific range of restaurants, pubs, cafes, and tea rooms. With the famous South West Coastal Path and Exmoor National Park on the doorstep, Splatt Barn truly is an ideal base for walking and nature enthusiasts alike.

• 2 first floor bedrooms (one king-sized double with balcony offering great views out towards Hurlstone Point, and one double ensuite)

• Large ground floor sitting room with wood-burning stove and television/DVD player

• Spacious ground floor kitchen with dining area plus adjoining utility room and conservatory overlooking garden

• Separate first floor bathroom beside master bedroom

• Property well fitted with Rangemaster oven with hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• Ground floor cloakroom with toilet and shower

• Wi-fi, adjustable central heating, and electricity included in cost, plus basket of logs and kindling

• Bed linen, duvets, and towels provided. (Please note outdoor/beach towels not provided; please bring own)

• One dog welcome (supplement of £15)
