Sparrow Cottage in Waterhouses is a traditionally styled but modern cottage, you get all of the character of a Peak District cottage with all of the mdoern facilities. Sparrow Cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and accepts up to 2 well behaved dogs. This property is ideal for 6 people looking for a modern home to explore the south of the Peak District with a range of places to visit nearby including Alton Towers and Peak Wildlife Park, both are a short drive away. It is great if you need to do a bit of work on holiday as there is an office space and the property has wifi.

The kitchen is great, shaker style units, built in hob, if you plan on doing a bit of cooking, this is a really functional and modern kitchen. There is a good sized lounge with direct access to the conservatory, lots of space so you are never cramped. There are two further floors, the first floor has two double bedrooms and the second floor has the twin bedrooms, the family bathroom is on the first floor, modern with a bath and a shower over the bath.

Outside at Sparrow Cottage in Waterhouses, there is parking to the front of the property for one car and on road parking if required for additional cars. To the rear, the conservatory opens onto a decent sized garden that is lawned and has a paved area with table and chairs and a bbq, all set in a quiet neighborhood. A great holiday home, modern and perfect for exploring the area with Alton Towers just 6 1/2 miles away.
