| Cottage Review:
Long drive for us but it was worth it..this place is cosy and few other cottages either side but enough space for privacy.Lovely walks with the dog who wanted to move here!Lots of stuff provided ..tea,coffee etc.Julie is very approachable as the owners are in the Great Barn.I just can?t fault it and good weather for the 3 days luckily.This cottage is well worth the money and I love the fact it?s been around since the 1700s!Definitely will return in the future. |

Very welcoming and warm cozy cottage with everything you need. Milk, Prosecco and chocolate brownies to welcome us. Owner checked on arrival we had everything, very welcoming but not intrusive. Surrounded by lovely walks and the amazing Derbyshire hills. Will definitely return. |

| Cottage Review:
One of three cottages in the same location as the owner's house with stunning walks right from the door and fields where dogs can run freely, this is a truly dog friendly place. Inside the cottage is beautifully presented and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a much appreciated welcome pack of brownies, prosecco and milk. The owners are helpful but not intrusive and we would very much like to return. The gardens are shared, with defined areas for each property but not separated by fences, which could be tricky for owners of dogs who aren't v |
