| Cottage Review:
Just arrived today. Great location, but a cottage In need of some love and decoration . Clean but not welcoming. The smell of smoke is over- powering. Not what we expected for our Christmas cottage get away. Disappointed |

| Cottage Review:
This cottage is in a great location just off the main street of Ambleside. Permit parking is included, we had no issues finding a spot close to the property. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine, dishwasher, clothes airer and iron provided for use. We didn't really utilise the lounge room as we were out most of the time, however the view is fantastic. The bedrooms are very comfortable, would recommend for families. Plenty of hot water for a lovely soak in the bath after a long walk. I don't make it to the Lakes as often as I would like |

| Cottage Review:
A very nice cottage, really close to the city center, with a wonderful view on the city from the second floor. The bedroom for the parents, the WC, and the bathroom are on the first floor. The bedroom for the children, and the living-room are on the second floor. With young children the stairs could be a problem especially during the night if they want to go to the toilets. We would have appreciated more cooking utensils and something to hang up the laundry, but that's because we have young children. Otherwise this cottage was really nice and clean. |

A little gem of a house tucked away but very close to all Ambleside amenities. Very well equipped and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend. |
