| Cottage Review:
DO NOT STAY HERE! APPAULLING! I've always read others reviews and thought 1 or 2 bad reviews aren't that bad but believe in me when I say that this cottage was left in an unacceptable state of uncleanleness. Old food was left in the cupboards including an old black pudding left in the freezer, dirt and stains left all over the sofa, grease dripped down the side of the cooker, food splattered up the cupboards and the kettle was smothered in scale, so bad we didn't even want to think of having a hot drink from the kettle. When ringing to complain and ask for a full refund as we would not be staying there, the owner handled it very unprofessionally and did not help us. Even though we had paid cancellation fee he DID NOT give us any refund. They are keeping onto money that shouldn't be there's! 3 girls left in the middle of Wales after driving for 8 hours constant with no where to stay due to there unclean, dirty cottage DISGUSTING |
