Firstly the good points: fine location, large garden, excellent views. Now the bad points: poor standard of kitchen cleanliness, grubby utensils, beds not made up as we were promised by the agents (Sykes), sundry kitchen fixtures in need of repair, filthy balcony furniture.....I could go on. Complaint made and photographic evidence of many shortcomings provided via the agent but the owner appears to think there was nothing wrong. It's a real shame that what could have been a great holiday in a lovely part of Wales was spoiled for us by many examples of a pr |
