| Cottage Review:
Part of the group arrived at night so they were surprised to see the amazing view from our front window of the surrounding countryside. The cottage itself was clean and cosy. There is a narrow gauge railway in the village but was pre-paid ticket only for the Santa rides so we caught the Lakeside train instead to Haverthwaite. It was great to see the country side without having to go in the car. We loved the cottage and location so much we have booked for a week next year. |
