| Cottage Review:
Spent a glorious week in this wonderful cottage. So well equipped and comfortable. Are hosts were so kind liked the welcome cake The cottage is so well situated with wonderful walks and places to visits all on the doorstep or short drives. We spotted deer on Hutton Crags and we were so pleased with local eateries in Kirkby Lonsdale. The cottage was fully equipped and lovely in warm even on frosty nights. Ideal for star watching on a clear night and views were breathtaking. |

| Cottage Review:
Une maison très jolie, nichée dans un jardin charmant. Le cottage est grand, très bien équipé, joliment décoré et au calme absolu. On n'entend que les moutons! L'accueil est charmant (merci pour les délicieux gâteaux ! ), les propriétaires sont de bon conseil et disponibles, tout en étant très discrets. Enfin, la région (Lake District et Yorkshire Dales) est merveilleuse, et la campagne alentour très belle. So lovely and so british ! |

The barn is excellent, very clean and everything you need. When we arrived there were a lovely selection of traybakes - delicious. The views from the upstairs living accommodation are lovely. My husband had the best 2 nights astronomy he has ever had. We could not fault anything! |

| Cottage Review:
Quiet - away from traffic - main sound was bleating sheep and new-born lambs. Facilities all as described, high quality in everything. Balcony views to Ingleborough. Between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, south of the Howgills. Pubs/restaurants 2 or 4+miles away. Hutton Roof is indeed 3 miles from the Kirkby Lonsdale turn but there's over a mile of village to pass through before the Pickle Barn turn. Generous heating and plenty of hot water at all times. |
