We stayed here for 4 weeks over January/ February 2020. Very comfortable and spacious. Gareth Is a very accommodating host and has thought of everything including luxurious touches. We would highly recommend a stay here |

We visited for a week Friday 25th October... booked via Sykes who are always excellent. Everything was perfect regards the booking process and information re access and postcode followed after completed payment. The owner Gareth kindly advised he would light up the house as we were arriving late and the lane would be dark. Lovely welcome pack included, even dog food, bed and blankets. The rooms were well thought out, lots of hanging space, towels and really comfortable beds and the house was really warm. Lovely shower room. Large well equipped kitchen with |

Thoroughly recommended home where the owner goes that extra mile to make sure you have the best stay. Very comfy beds, great shower, well appointed kitchen - genuinely couldn?t fault it. Super welcome pack too. Decent village pub within walking distance and several others within a ten minute drive. Good base for exploring the Lakes. |
