Description of the self catering property

Meadow View Set is a well-equipped self-catering property that offers a quiet getaway for up to 5 guests in a glorious coastal setting. It’s ideally situated for an interesting holiday that could variously include a steam train ride on the famous West Somerset Railway, a wander around Dunster’s jaw-dropping castle and medieval village, exploration of the fantastically scenic Exmoor National Park, or beach days in MInehead. For those less inclined to get out and about meanwhile, the terrific bay views from either inside the cottage or from its pleasant private garden provide a suitably relaxing and comfortable retreat.  

• 2 bedrooms (one overlooking garden with both double and single beds, and one twin with fantastic views of surrounding countryside and coastline. Both rooms contain a mirror, hanging and drawer space, and chair)

• Large bright south-west facing lounge with stunning panoramic views, French doors

opening onto patio/garden, television/DVD/CD player/radio, and gas fire

• Dining room with further excellent panoramic views, plus table and chairs and single futon with bedding provided upon request

• Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, electric cooker, crockery etc., plus table and chairs, adjoining utility room/larder with fridge/deep-freeze, worktop, and plenty of storage space

• Light and spacious  bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail, plus further toilet with wash basin and shaver point

• Bed linen and duvets provided. (Towels provided for supplementary fee of £5 per person. Please bring own beach towels if required)

• Wifi, electricity, and adjustable central heating costs included in price

• Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am
