Cottage Review:

We spent an idyllic week here - originally booked to explore the railway nearby but even happier to find 40s weekend going on. The barn is a delight with all mod cons and many thoughtful touches, space for the dog to run and all spick and span inside and out - even barbecue facilities! Definitely recommend it. Be aware the roads around are country lanes and be glad you're here and not bringing a caravan!

Shops are in Taunton and Bishop's Lydeard. Not the village. Plenty of farms shops in the area too.

Great to unwind and discuss the day's events with wine of course. The view from the field was special. In addition to the horses in the next pasture there were the crows each night, r
