Little Duxmore Barn is a stunning detached barn offering far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside, and set in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The large barn has vaulted beams and an open plan layout with a tiled floor and wood burning stove. The barn is flooded with natural light and looks out over the countryside. This property has direct access to foot and cycle paths, perfect for anyone who is looking to explore the outdoors.
Internally, the property is well equipped and cosy. The country cottage style makes an ideal home from home. Externally, the property has a large lawn and patio area perfect for relaxing. The patio is furnished with a table and chairs offering the ideal setting for al fresco dining. Take advantage of the covered open barn containing a pool table, table tennis and foosball table. There is secure parking for four cars inside the gate and additional on-street parking outside the property.
There are a number of activities and attractions nearby to enjoy including the popular town of Ryde and Appley with its beach and stunning coastline. Other attractions include the historic Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, Havenstreet Steam Railway, The Garlic Farm and Robin Hill Country Park - an 88 acre adventure park and gardens located in the village of Downend. The park is also noted for its wildlife, particularly the rare red squirrel, and is home to the annual alternative music festival Bestival.
