Cottage Review:
First time we have been to Scotland and we found this cottage on the net. Was not disappointed when we got there it was spotless and in a lovely place we sat out in the garden a few times with a drink. There was a lot to do all with in easy reach .susie was there when we arrived and very helpful this is a must place to stay. A big thank you to susie |

Cottage Review:
A cosy cottage which had everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the cottage and it's surroundings and felt very welcomed by the owners. The cottage is ideally situated for so many activities and places to visit. The log burner was a welcome addition on a chilly evening. We would stay again when we visit the west coast of Scotland. |

Cottage Review:
We had found the cottage via the internet and it appealed to us being in the middle of a horticultural gem and close to Glen Coe as well as to Oban. Additionally the pricing was reasonable. The booking as well as the payment procedure went smoothly via the web. The cottage surprised us as being exactly what you expect from a typical cosy Scottish cottage. Jøtul (a wood burning stove) became a welcome companion during the colder evenings. A visual plus are the artworks from Scottish artists on the walls. Additionally the efforts to be ‘green’ is very much appreciated and should become a standard everywhere… |

Cottage Review:
This cottage felt like 'home' from the minute we stepped into the garden. As chief cook there was everything I needed in the kitchen. The big house and grounds had my 2 year old grandson enchanted and were totally child friendly. The only tears were when we had to leave ! The location is ideal for exploring the immediate area and trips further afield. The water supply tastes wonderful but is, of course, dependent on rainfall at that time of year so be prepared for possible shortages. (keep a couple of bottles in the fridge !) The garden centre contains many tempting plants (I need a bigger boot in the car)and the staff were more than helpful. The peace is so therapeutic. |

Cottage Review:
For Dutch standards Laich Cottage surely appeals to our view of a romantic, cozy and authentic British cottage. We loved the wood burning stove and the large private garden. Having freshly picked vegetables and herbs for dinner, and Angus beef from the owner's cattle. Superb! |

Cottage Review:
The cottage is in a wonderful location and the grounds are fantastic. Although the cottage was very clean, it could do with some modernisation particularly in the kitchen and possibly the bathroom. The cottage sleeps 5 as there are bunk beds and a single bed in the 2nd room although it would be a squeeze if you had 3 older children as the cottage itself is not large. It was however very reasonably priced, there are laundry facilities on site and the owners were very helpful. It is a great place to stay with children. |

Cottage Review:
Was easily booked online. As the owners live on site, we could arrive anytime after 4pm - flexibility helpful after a long journey. Set in peaceful grounds with lots of walks from the front door or within easy travelling distance. Good eating place nearby and within easy driving distance for ferries to islands. Owners very approachable. Gardens and woodland walk in the grounds a real bonus |
