Myself and 10 work friends stayed here for 2 nights and it was just what we all needed! The home is spacious, clean and well equipped. The 2 hot tubs and indoor heated pool were an extra treat and we really enjoyed a chilled Saturday enjoying them and the lovely garden! We also loved the log fire in the living room made a cosy 2nd night! The home was well heated and easy to use the hive control. The kitchen area was spacious and with the bluetooth speaker we were able to play our own music and enjoy a little dance. The gym and games room looked great but we didn't use them this trip.. Always next time as we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Warning, do not book this horrendous property. After travelling 5.5 hours only to find a dirty, unmaintained and ant infested property. Dirty kitchen, extremely mouldy showers, green algae around pool and mouldy playroom. Stained mattresses, human and animal hair everywhere including beds and sofas. Broken glass bedside cabinet tops. Owners unpleasant, unhelpful and refused to refund wasted funds in travelled to and from the extremely unpleasant property as we had to abort our family holiday as we could not stay in this property. Please avoid so you don?t experience the nightmare my family had.

We stayed here in August 2017 and were absolutely blown away by it. With 6 bedrooms and beds for 14 people it was just luxury. There were 10 of us and this place is so big that you needn't see each other if you don't want to!!! There is huge kitchen with a table to seat everyone with an abundance of kitchen equipment. I had taken my own cafetiere for my coffee but needn't have bothered as there were two!!! There was a problem with the microwave and we called the owners......another one arrived within hours! This is a fantastic place to get together. 6 couples meet for a surprise birthday. 6 separate bedrooms, plenty of space to sit and chat in groups so you don't feel your on top off each other. Lovely location for walks. The only thing that would make this better is to have a separate bathroom for the 4 bedded room downstairs to save them from having to go up two floors to the bathroom

We booked this for our 40th Wedding Anniversary, inviting all our close family and 2 dogs. We searched the internet and WOW what a surprise we got when we arrived it was fantastic, the house, amenities, the grounds and hot tub, which my 2 grandchildren really enjoyed. The location was great a nice secluded location in scenic north wales, would highly recommend this house to anybody.
