Description of the holiday cottage
Hickory Cottage in Silecroft is a single-storey holiday cottage that sleeps two people with one bedroom in Silecroft in the Whicham Valley. Ideal for exploring the coast of Cumbria and the Lake District National Park, there are plenty of places to visit with the cottage very close to the Sandy Beach at Silecroft. Set at the side of a country lane, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Cumbria and yet within a great location for exploring both the coastline and the Lake District with a range of towns and villages within a short drive. This is a deceptive property with a nice gravelled area outside complete with outdoor furniture and inside, you can find comfortable sofas in the open plan living and kitchen area with a range of units and the benefit of sky TV and Wi-Fi. There is also a good sized double bedroom complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers with a mirror. This property is ideal for a couple looking for a clean and modern holiday home on the Cumbrian coastline.- This property is not child friendly.

| Cottage Review:
Just returned from a very pleasant 7 day break at this well thought out cottage for 2. Spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Ideal for exploring the Lake District. 5 minute drive to Millom for shops. 8 minute walk to the pub in Silecroft village and a 2 minute drive to Silecroft beach, which is beautiful. I highly recommend Hickory Cottage. |
