GRANARY COURT RECENTLY RENOVATED AND UPGRADED TO 5 STAR STANDARD, OUR LUXURIOUS AND EXTENSIVE GRANARY COURT HAS A STUNNING PRIVATE SOUTH FACING GARDEN WITH HOT TUB AND SAUNA CABIN ACCOMMODATING 8 GUESTS Garden - Mature secluded garden with an Arctic hot tub, sauna and open shower on deck, barbeque and delightful decked area with patio furniture. Garden level - French doors from the garden patio area lead to the extensive designer kitchen/dining room with under-floor heating, newly fitted for 2008. Utility room, WC. Ground floor - Open plan staircase to main lounge from kitchen. Lounge with wood burning stove, oak flooring, beautifully furnished with sumptuous leather sofas. Views to Kenmore Hill. Master bedroom, en-suite shower room and sun trap private balcony leading to the garden. First Floor - Huge master bedroom with king-size Leather sleigh bed and en-suite shower/bath. Two attractive twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom with over-bath shower. General - Logs for wood burning stove included. Multi-channel LCD TV in all rooms (except bathrooms).Best Features
Five Star delux hot tub on the lovely deck with sauna adjacent in a lovely enclosed garden. Delux designer kitchen with all mod cons. All ensuite. Kenmore golf Course and Mains of Taymouth Riding stables adjacent. The Courtyard restaurant, bar and delicatessen just down the lane.
The conservation village of Kenmore just over the bridge. River and Loch Tay closeby with fantastic fishing and watersports. Lovely walks on your doorstep. All set in Scotlands most exclusive area.

WOW!! What a house. All our family were able to holiday together, Gran loved seeing her grandkids in the hot tub and play in the huge garden! Went on a family ride at their stables and had a blast. WE WILL BE BACK!! |
