Set within the grounds of Porlock Vale House, an impressive Edwardian country property, Garden View Apartment is a comfortable, spacious ground-floor apartment. It offers fantastic coastal views across the fields both from the enclosed private garden area as well as from the comfort of the conservatory or sitting room, via large patio doors. A walker’s (and dog’s!) paradise, this well-furnished and well-equipped apartment is located within direct access of the South West Coast Path as well as in easy reach of lovely local woodlands and beaches.

• 2 ensuite bedrooms (one king-sized double and one twin)

• Spacious sitting room with television and DVD player, ipod docking station, and sliding doors onto patio, BBQ

• Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, and washing machine, plus toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• Conservatory with comfy chairs, breakfast table and chairs, and further sliding doors onto patio

• Up to two dogs welcome (supplement of £30 per dog)

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels provided. (Please note beach towels not provided; please bring own)

• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am

• Please note that Vale View Apartment (on the first floor above) is also let as holiday accommodation, and parking area and courtyard to the entrances are shared; however each property has own entrance and private outside areas
