| Cottage Review:
We arrived and there was no hot water and no central heating when we first arrived the garden had cigarette butt's all over dog poo and scorched grass where there had been a fire we went inside and the smell of urine cigarette smoke and damp hit you I rang sykes cottages and the owner saying there is no heating the owner said she would send cleaner down with heaters when I said but there is no hot water for shower she didn't know what to say she put us up in a travelodge for two nights the cottage was beyond filthy urine stained mattressess cupboards full of crumbs and broken bath panel wet stained carpets she said give them time to sort things out so we went back after two days to find the same thing I got locked in the bedroom upstairs due to broken door which owners daughter said was OK who I was on phone too she said herself it was a fire risk we had to pay for another night in travelodge so all in all out of a two week holiday we didn't stay one night |
