Description of the holiday cottage
Elthorne is a 1930's detached house which has stunning panoramic views across porlock Bay. This property sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms upstairs with sea views and downstairs you will find one large twin bedroom with sea views and another twin room to the rear of the property with garden views. There are two bathrooms at Elthorne House, one bathroom is upstairs and the other bathroom is downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The sitting room features a wood-burning fire place and you can purchase logs from the village.
The garden is a wonderful feature at Elthorne House,they are beautifully landscaped and makes a lovely setting to enjoy al-fresco dining. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 2). Elthorne is located within easy reach of Minehead, Dunster and Lynmouth by car. Porlock is withing walking distance, where you will find shops, restaurants and pubs. Exmoor National Park is the perfect place to explore, you can enjoy short walks or long hikes, horse riding and bike rides.
