Dunns Cottage is a spacious property situated in the small West Porlock hamlet between Porlock Weir and the village of Porlock. Full of character, the cottage offers truly outstanding views across open fields towards the coast, and is ideal accommodation for families or indulgent couples alike! The setting is particularly well suited to nature and walking enthusiasts; the dramatic cliff paths, farm tracks, fields, and wooded combes of the famous South West Coast Path run past the door, and access to the many varied wonders of Exmoor National Park beyond is terrific.

• 3 first floor bedrooms (two large king-sized doubles and one further double)

• Ground floor kitchen well equipped with all-modern facilities including electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, cookware, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• Spacious ground floor sitting room with Sky television, CD player, and comfortable seating offering stunning views of Porlock Bay
