Three day stay in this charming spacious house,ideally situated in a quiet road,within walking distance of the main st,glorious walks through the woods to the river,and all that the Cairngorms national park has to offer. The house is so spacious and well thought out,equipped to a standard normally lack in holiday let's,and the wood burner is a welcome luxury on those chillier nights. The owners of this delightful haven could not be more accommodating,and the lady of the house is a STAR baker,producing the most delicious cakes and delights for a host of loc |

We booked this cottage for a long weekend. It is a lovely, spacious, cosy and well thought out cottage. It is located in a quiet street but only 5 mins walk to the High St of Grantown with plenty shops and eating places. It was a cold weekend so the wood burning fire was lovely to have. It has a separate well-stocked kitchen and it was lovely to find the owner (who lives next door) had left us bread, milk, butter, homemade marmalade and a bottle of wine!
