| Cottage Review:
We stayed for a week in Dandy Lodge apartment, we wish it could have been longer. There are 4 apartments in this converted barn and they are all finished and decorated to a high standard. There are 4 coat hooks on the wall as you walk and plenty of space for your clothes and belongings, a fully equipped kitchen complete with washer and dishwasher plus iron and mini ironing board, I found a hairdryer and all the equipment manuals in bedside drawers. | Cottage Review:
We absolutely loved it here, the area is beautiful. Excellent location in itself and a perfect base for days out to the Lake District or Scotland. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is very nicely finished and furnished so even though you might be booking this as a place to sleep, you will more than likely just spend a day in it relaxing like we did. There is an on site gym and a shop, the on site bar bistro is very welcoming and friendly, the beer is lovely and cold and the food is fantastic, there are a couple of other pubs in the villa |
