Following on from my earlier review (disappointed customer) the owner has contacted me and rearranged dates. He was so kind and helpful. Unfortunately the booking agent had not been in touch with him and was unaware of the problems my family had experienced. |

| Cottage Review:
I booked this cottage as a surprise for my elderly parents as they are going through a difficult time and wanted to give them something to look forward to. Unfortunately when I revealed my suprise they told me it clashed with the first date of my Dad's treatment for cancer. I unsuccessfully tried to change the dates. I advised the booking company of the situation. They appeared very understanding and suggested they contact the owner to waiver the cancellation charge. This was declined by the owner. I don't need to say anymore ..... |

| Cottage Review:
Stayed at this pretty cottage for a week. Furnishings and decor were just amazing, bed was comfy. Also welcomed our dog with doggy biscuits. Kirkby Lonsdale is a beautiful market town to visit, lots of shops and pubs. Loads of surrounding places to visit. The owner is only too happy to help and is always available on text. Would highly recommend this lil gem of a cottage. Thank you Allan and have already booked a return trip, staying in the Cosy Cottage. |
