Conifer House is an impressive country residence forming part of West Porlock House. Set out over three floors and situated with terrific views to the coast, it is located in a fantastic area for exploring the extensive local coastal, woodland, or moorland routes, and even boasts direct access to the South West Coast Path from the back gate of the delightful enclosed gardens.

• 5 bedrooms (two first floor doubles, one first floor twin, one second floor single, and one second floor double)

• Ground floor open-plan dining room and kitchen well-equipped with freestanding fridge-freezer as well as under-counter fridge, oven and hob, microwave, and washing machine, plus toaster, kettle, cookware, coffee maker, variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• Large ground floor sitting room with television, DVD player, and electric 'wood-burner'

• One second floor bathroom, one first floor bathroom and additional separate shower room

• Bed linen, duvets, and towels provided. (Please note outdoor/beach towels not provided; please bring own)

• Up to two dogs welcome by prior arrangement (supplement of £15 per dog)
